Service & Warranty Policy

1. Authorized Sales & Warranty Eligibility

This policy applies only to products purchased through Photoquip India Ltd or officially authorized Nanlite/Nanlux dealers in India.

  • A valid invoice and product serial number must be provided at the time of request.
  • Equipment must be registered online for extended warranty eligibility, if applicable.

2. Warranty Coverage

*Extended warranty valid only upon timely online registration at photoquip.com

Warranty Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Malfunctioning LEDs, power supplies, or control units (under normal use conditions).

Warranty Excludes:

  1. Improper use or handling
  2. Environmental damage
  3. Electrical damage
  4. Unauthorized modification or repairs
  5. Shipping & transit damage
  6. Wear & tear and cosmetic issues
  7. Consumables & accessories
  8. Software or firmware issues
  9. Expired warranty period
  10. Incomplete documentation

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • No refunds once a product is sold.
  • Exchanges only for defective/damaged items notified within 5 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals/proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.

4. Repair & Service Process

In-Warranty Repairs:

  • Submit a support request at photoquip.com/contact
  • Ship to:

  • Customer handles packing and courier charges to the center.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

  • Diagnosis and cost estimate shared after inspection.
  • Repairs begin after written approval and pre-payment.
  • Turnaround: 10–21 business days (issue dependent).
